The unit powers on, makes sounds etc. and displays an an output image (UHF output) BUT the image is unstable - see pictures.  We do not know whether this is the unit itself causing this (we suspect so) or the TV we connected it to.  Please do not bid expecting it to be 100% functional.

Aside from the display instability the console seems to be working.
