X20_24 GB QV 1854 1d PLATE 184 SG17-C1(1) AJ PU DOUBLE PERF PINHOLE & TEAR

Very rare double perf variety. Poor used. There is a tiny pinhole defect near the centre, a little creasing in the top left corner and a small tear at the top (visible in the scans). No other hidden faults.
