About the author: Ursula Josephine Kraft married on the 5th October 1858 in Attendorn Johann Everhard Wilmes. -- The Bönner mentioned can be proven to be a lawyer in Attendorn.


About the recipient: Paul Brandts, baptized on the 9th July 1854 in Bochum, son of the district judge and lawyer Johann Joseph Brandts and Julie, born. Miner (*1824). Studied jura in Würzburg; 18. November 1881 first legal examination at the Berlin Court of Appeal, December 1881 trainee lawyer at the Hattingen District Court, died in February 1882 (source: Official Gazette of the Royal Court. Government of Minden, item 11, vol. 1882, p. 40).
