Up for sale is an Tommy Robot Model 5402. I have had this as I was planning on repairing it myself but unfortunately my work situation has changed for the worst and I need to sell this to help pay my bills. I replaced the battery recently with a Aftermarket Battery since the original one was dead beyond charging. I was able to Charge it and get the Robot to move on the floor however when I powered it on this evening it didn’t want to drive…There is absolutely no signs of corrosion in the Remote Control nor in the Robot Battery Compartment. I put 2 AA Batteries in the back of the unit however the clock didn’t turn on either….this maybe a simple fix…The play and fast forward and rewind I can hear working but I don’t have cassettes to verify it plays but the motors do work..

As you can see the box is very badly worn and I can include it if you want or I can mail just the Robot. This also comes with the Homing Mat and Original Manual.

This is a Great Project if you are looking to or can tinker and fix something like this however I Must Pay My Bills Instead
