Mamma Sass is a family owned and operated department store located in the beautiful state of Oregon in the United States. We carry high quality new and used clothing and other items. We offer amazing prices and go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases. We operate in a clean, smoke and pet free environment.

Payment

We require immediate payment through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, we do accept checks, but you will have to email us so that we can adjust the listing to allow you to pay with an alternative means. We can also allow you to pay later but we have to manually change the listing to allow you to pay later. Just email us and we will accommodate your payment needs. We don't allow best offer on most items but if you contact us we may be able to give you a better price.

Items are shipped within 1 business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or US federal holidays. Some items may ship the same day, but anything sold in the afternoon or evening will go out the next day. We gladly ship worldwide and do not exclude any countries from purchasing our products.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return it for a refund. Please give us a chance to correct a problem before leaving feedback on eBay. We try very hard to make sure our listings are correct, but sometimes we make mistakes and will happily work with you to reach a solution to your issue. To return an item: 1. Go to your Purchase History in my eBay; 2. Request a return under "more actions"; 3. Mail the item back to us. We will receive notice from eBay that your item is enroute and will refund your paypal account upon receipt of the item.
