Not withstanding the above I do not warrant HO equipment. All items are sold as-is. If an item is represented to be in excellent or outstanding condition, it is because the item was tested and performed and presented at the level represented at the time of listing. As always, please check all pictures carefully so that, cosmetically, you'll know what you're getting. I package trains very carefully using bubble wrap, or popcorn and/or buffering/newspaper to prevent the item from free floating in the box. When purchasing more than one item I will combine shipping and provide a significant discount off the regular ship rates stated provided that an invoice is requested prior to paying for the items. If you've purchased and paid for more than one item and I've not yet packaged and shipped the item I can offer a refund representing discounted shipping. Thanks for checking out my site. Thank you also for reading my description. The only negative feedback I've received in my 23 years as an Ebayer was from someone who saw the photograph showing the two engines that were available. I had very clearly, and in bold, stated in the description that "the listing was for ONE locomotive only". He left negative feedback accusing me of false advertising and expected to receive both engines. When I asked him why he left the feedback he actually said "I was in a hurry to buy it before someone else did and didn't read the description.
