This is a 2012 sealed McDonald’s Happy Meal Toy for the Nickelodeon show Victorious. It’s #5 a pink star hair barrette with blue hair. Everything is sealed however it looks like the paper inside has a bend and the outer plastic packaging has some wear from storage etc. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional photos.
