You are bidding on a 13" Vogue doll which I believe is Betty Jane--and I think she is all original. I will describe the doll carefully---read description, check pictures, and email me with questions---she is sold as pictured and described. Returns accepted only if not described accurately, and buyer pays all shipping charges on returns.

I purchased the doll at a recent doll auction--identified in catalog and by the owner's tag as Betty Jane/Jean. I have found similar dolls in the Collector's Encyclopedia of Vogue Dolls---page 36 where she is listed with 'Makeup Dolls'.
She is 13" tall---unmarked--composition with brown open/close working eyes--blonde mohair wig in pigtails and with red ribbons (ribbons possibly replaced)--short bangs--vogue tag on back of dress (see pictures). She wears a red plaid dress with white organdy top and eyelet trim above hem and accenting the bodice---both yellowed. She has matching panties and tam hat--rayon socks and white tie shoes, which I believe to be original.
Doll has no crazing on face--no broken fingers--I have not undressed her but have unhooked closures and see no marks or damage.
