As Senator George McGovern waved to fans at a football game in Kutzton, Pennsylvania, yesterday, a man rushed towards him yelling, "Get out of here, you bum, you no-good bum." The man, at lower left, back to camera, was restrained by Secret Servicemen, who handcuffed him and questioned him. He was later released without charge.
