all rubber on feet are present and red plastic around bamboo handle

Tried to look this Item up and the nearest I have found is a 1950's French Designer Mathieu Mategot? could this be the same? only part missing is a mesh sleeve?

Could do with a bit of TLC on the brass as age related markings
