Not brand new, but they have never been used, in terms of no candle had been burned in them.  Set of 2 Waterford Lead Crystal Seahorse Candlestick Holders SET 11.5” Tall.  See photos, and take note of the photo showing scratches  and tiny chip/nick on bottom of one of them.
