Yamaha SR500 XT500 TT500 oil adaptors and oil return line.
These adaptors and hose allow you to ditch the big rusty original oil return pipe which runs from the top of the crank case up to the oil tank in the top of the frame.
I can now offer as a complete replacement assembly (pair of adaptors and the complete oil line with fittings/ bolts and O ring).
These adaptors are made here in the UK and take hours to make each set. They involve various setups on a CNC mill and Lathe, then anodised and laser etched
The top fitting is a 120 degree AN-6 fitting. The 120 degree angle gives you a much tighter cleaner looking fitment over a standard 90 degree fitting.
The bottom fitting is a standard AN-6 straight fitting.
This Stainless Steel braided hose consists of a PTFE/Teflon extruded core with a heavy duty, protective, full stainless steel (grade 304) braid on the outside. It maintains the same 8mm inner diameter bore size but with a significantly smaller cross section than the original factory rubber hose that makes it exceptionally lightweight, flexible, durable and longer lasting than a standard rubber hose.

The hose length is 68cm including the fittings (which is the standard hose length)
Included in each set is a silicone O ring (to withstand the heat) and 2 new stainless steel M6 bolts.

I have many colours available, see other listings. Also a choice of hose, black rubber braided hose, (which is more in keeping with the original factory hose) and a black PTFE hose.
