I bought this and didn’t use it. Comes with the headset and brake quick release. Chrome is in great shape no dents but some small specs of rust. I believe this was meant for 70’s -early 80’s road bikes. “The letter said it replaces the Viscount cast aluminum fork” dated October 10 1981.
