I am offering for sale a 1993 Dominican First Day Cover commemorating the 40-year coronation anniversary of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. The cover is franked with a four-stamp set/block from the souvenir sheets issued to mark the occasion; Scott Catalogue # 1578a-1578d.  The cachet is green, with black captioning, and I believe that the cancellation was hand-stamped by postal workers in Dominica's capital (Roseau)'s GPO.
