Disc(s):  Very Good+.  Mostly mark-free, if not completely mark-free, but may not be perfect.

Booklet(s):  None.

Case(Cardboard Sleeve):  Very Good+.  CD comes in a white paper sleeve, inside a cardboard sleeve.

WARNING: THE EDGE OF THE PAPER SLEEVE CAN SCRATCH THE DISC, SO REMOVE IT UPSIDE DOWN SO GRAVITY HELPS KEEP THE PAPER FROM CONTACTING THE DISC.

I try to under-grade CDs: “Like New” if they are sealed, “Very Good+” if they are perfect or near perfect, “Very Good” if they have minor markings, “Good” if they have more noticeable markings.
