As shown in the photos the chrome finish has worn away in several places over the years, the spring straps which would originally have been inside to hold the cigarettes in place are missing and the enamel badge is loose so it spins, but is pretty old so still a nice advertising item.  Measures roughly 2.5" x 3.5".
