Taken from a new Traxxas Slash 4x4. Includes decal sheet and clipless mounting system including body posts.

-For use with a Slash 2wd or 4x4 which came with a clipless shell, this is a direct fit.

-For use with a Slash 2wd without a clipless shell, separate clipless body mounts part 6940 are required. 

-For use with a Slash 4x4 with HD/clipless shock towers, nothing extra is needed, simply fit the included body mounts.

-For use with a Slash 4x4 with standard/original (non HD) shock towers, a spacer is used at the front, available as part number 6976. It may be possible to use washers/spacers instead. The included body mounts need to be fitted.

Note: The HD front shock tower can be identified by the sloped rectangular opening at the rear (used for clipless shells on the Rustler and Stampede 4x4).

A clipless conversion kit is available to convert existing body shells to fit the new clipless body mounts, part 6929 for Slash 2wd & 6928 for Slash 4x4.

This shell can be converted to standard body posts, but holes will need to be drilled/enlarged and there will be several existing screw holes showing once the clipless plastics are removed.
