This pretty pale blue, purple and white swirl paperweight is made by Caithness Glass of Scotland C1990s

It has been marked as a second and has the code DD001 to the base. The experts on glass messages helped me out on that on.

Measures 7cm tall.

I can't see imperfections, but the specialist at Caithness, must of noticed it!
