This item ships from the United States.  I bought it when it first came out and it has been on my bookshelf since.  The books is practically brand new - it squeaks when you open it.  The slip cover is in excellent condition and the binding of the book is tight the corner unmarked.  The dust cover shows some very minor shelf-wear. I'm ready to give it a new home.
