This is a vintage plastic puzzle of Mickey Mouse. It is from Marx Toys and made in the British Colony of Hong Kong. It was distributed by F.W. Woolworth, New York. The box is not in good condition. It shows wear and has scotch tape stuck on the front and back. The puzzle inside is smeared with black on the face of Mickey.
