IMPORTANT NOTE - buyers MUST pay 4 days after the end of auction. No exceptions. (I now have automated unpaid item assistant active on my eBay selling hub) A case will be opened after that period of time which will result in a negative score against you on eBay. Negative scores will affect you on eBay and prevent you bidding on some lots. Please don’t let that happen. I also have a lot of other obligations that are very important and selling on eBay can be demanding, but I must do this so I can remain faithful to those obligations.

Please DO NOT bid on my items if you cannot meet these requirements. 

A. You have a FULL UK postal address.

B. Your contact information is up to date and have a "working" PHONE contact number on your eBay buyer details that is your phone number. (Items can't be dispatched until I have this information).

C. If you are unsure or want certain information, please ask me, before bidding. Please do not raise problems after the end of auctions as I will provide as much information as I can in the item specifics and in the description itself.  

D. You must provide your FULL name with your address. Items will not be dispatched to a business (or an initialled name) unless they are an actual traceable person.

E. If you live outside of my restricted area, and you receive goods, this will invalidate a return. If you request parcels are sent to a holding depot, to be forwarded onto you, to an overseas location, this will invalidate a return as you are using a courier that I have not provided.

NO CASH PAYMENTS. All payments to be done via PayPal.

DO NOT MESSAGE ME AND ASK ME TO SEND PARCELS TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT ON YOUR EBAY. Parcels will not be sent to an alternative address on request. When you pay, check your address and make alterations at checkout.

It is against eBay policy to request address changes, as if parcels are sent to an alternate, they are then not covered by eBay.

IF YOU WANT A FASTER DELIVERY SERVICE, CONTACT ME BEFORE PAYING. I can then send you a revised invoice for that service.

I won't upgrade your parcel after you've paid for your item. (See eBay's policy on postal demands)

I won't use EVRi or cheap Royal Mail services. I won't send parcels via an untracked service either.

I also reserve the right to refuse an upgrade request if I deem that request to be unreliable and unsafe.

Please understand I am a friendly person and all I want to do is to make sure you get your item.

If you are going on holiday, think about postal services and delays, as these are out of my control.

If you are going on holiday this doesn't entitle you to an upgraded service.
