-dings in the top and bottom part of aluminum casing (from drops and mishandling - its been kept in a case that covers all but the top and bottom cylinder)
-Needs Battery Replacement - Wont Hold Charge (in its last days of use it would go straight to low battery)
-Went corrupt (iPod error 2005) when trying to resync and restore
-Wont turn back on (assuming the stock battery is completely gone)
