- Good cosmetic condition, no major scratches or dents, but expect scuffs on external components from normal wear and tear as the item is

sure part is compatible with your computer. Ask us if
you are not sure - provide your system original S/N and we can
quickly check for you.
Warranty and Return Terms & Conditions:
- AS-IS ITEM: If the
item is described sold ?As-Is? above
then it has NO WARRANTY &
NO RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- 30 Days Warranty At Least: For all
items not sold AS-IS we
provide at least a standard
30-day warranty (or longer if mentioned above) from date
of delivery.
- LABEL TAMPERING: Do not tamper with our
markings and remove or tamper with our warranty-void stickers. Tamper with them will definitely VOID
our warranty and return will NOT be processed since we cannot identify our
product.
- RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping cost is not
refundable and up to 20% restocking fee will be charged to any return not
caused by our errors or product defects. If defective return came back and
tested working then it will be treated as change-of-mind return and,
therefore, restocking fee and original shipping will be DEDUCTED from the
refund.
- FOR DEFECTIVE AND WARRANTY RETURN: You have 3
choices: replacement, repair, or refund. However, if we don?t
have a replacement then we can only repair or issue refund for the item.
- UNAPPROVED RETURN: Customer must
get return approval through Ebay Return Request process; otherwise, we
will refuse it when it came back to us because it is not in the system.
- RETURN
OF WRONG ITEM: Do not return item that you did not buy from us as
this will certainly PREVENT your refund.
