This listing is for the paper book shown.   HERBERT HOOVER AS HIS FRIENDS SEE HIM by Vernon Kellog, reprinted by Special Permission of the Outlook.   Issued by Republican National Committee, Washington, D.C. 1928.   There are 15 pages.   The book measures approx 4" x8 7/8".

Inside the book are papers which are folded and stuck together.   Maybe, just maybe, you can steam them and unstick them.   I am so not sure.   The papers are campain papers and one says:  HOFFMAN FOR GOVERNOR.  The other says HOOVER, KEAN-LARSON.

CONDITION:  Paper is stable, clear and legible - interior paper is stuck together but the other pages are not affected - edge and corner wear with some soil and stains - other antique wear overall. See listing description and photos.
