For UK buyers payment is by Paypal, personal cheque or postal order. For international buyers Paypal only is accepted. If payment is by cheque then your item will be sent once cleared. 

Payment is required within 3 days - if you are unable to complete the sale within this time please contact me and I could extend the payment time at my discretion. I try my best to post within 2 working days of payment being received. I always package items with care using tissue paper and /or bubble wrap and post them either in a box and/or waterproof mailing bags. I have high standards and like to post items in the same manner in which I would like to receive them. Should you require an alternative postage method ie tracked or insured, to the one offered then please let me know prior to paying to enable me to amend your invoice accordingly. 

I always endeavor to describe my items accurately and to highlight any faults or imperfections in the item. Comprehensive measurements are always supplied where applicable.

I am confident that assuming all size, condition and measurement details are noted that you will be delighted with your purchase, therefore I will only offer a return if a defect has been overlooked or the item misrepresented. In the very rare instance that you have any issues with your purchase please contact me immediately on receipt of goods. 

I place strong emphasis on top class customer service. I always describe my items accurately, highlighting flaws (if any) and providing comprehensive measurements where applicable. I sell mainly high/top brand mens and womens clothes, shoes and accessories and vintage/retro items of the same category. I never sell fakes and pride myself on the fact that I would never offer anything for sale that I would not be delighted to receive myself.

I am always happy to answer questions and will reply to them promptly and with good grace. I will inform you as soon as your item has been dispatched and let you know of any tracking numbers if applicable.
