This beautiful antique sculpture depicts a crab/fish with a plum blossom hat. The piece was handmade and depicts a spiritual figure from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) in China or Japan. The primary material used is wood, which was skillfully handcarved and handpainted. The sculpture is an original antique from the late 19th century (1850-1899) and is highly sought after by collectors of Asian Antiques.
