Pockets on the front sides and in the back.  Button and zip in the front. 

Waist 17.5 flat across.  28 inches long down center back. Vent at bottom of back hem.

The darker brown skirt does not stretch as much as the beige skirt at the waistband, in fact it hardly stretches at all.
