All items are subject to prior sale, we sell directly from our physical stores's inventory. While we do try to coordinate our store inventory with our eBay store inventory as much as possible, on occasion a part that is listed online may not be available because it has previously sold at our physical location. Returns: As of January 2009 - Returns are accepted minus a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction costs. All transactions made via PayPal will be processed within 7-10 business days. Returns are only accepted with valid RMA #'s, all others will be refused at the buyers expense. Returns must be received within 30 days of original sale and 7 business days of the RMA. ***Return shipping will be paid by buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!***
