We found no holes, rips, busted seams or stains on the quilt; the binding and the backing are in good condition. It has no odors. 

Please notice there is a sleeve on the back of the quilt: it is likely this was used as a wall hanging instead of a bed cover, but can't say that for sure. It seems to have been used gently by previous owners. 

It measures 60" on the side, and weighs 2 3/4 lb. unboxed; the bed is a queen, 80" by 60".

The fabrics seem to be 100% cotton, including the backing, but the batting is very likely polyester. 

We are not sure if the fabrics are from the 1980's or newer.
