THIS WHIMSICAL ASYMMETRICAL HAT IS FASHIONED OF BLACK STRAW WITH ONE SIDE OF THE CROWN RISING HIGH WITH A WIRED BRIM EDGE COVERED IN VELVET ON THE UNDER SIDE WITH CHUNKY RUFFLING STRAW ALL ALONG THE EDGES.
INTERIOR COTTON BLEND BLACK LINING, NOTE THE SMALL CROWN SIZE, MEANT TO BE WORN ATOP THE HEAD WITH HAIR GATHERED AND HAT PINS.
CONDITION: DUST HAS SETTLED INTO THE RUFFLING STRAW AND THERE IS A GROUPING OF THREADS ON THE SIDE CROWN WHERE TRIMS WERE REMOVED, IT IS READY TO RETRIM AND EMBELLISH.
INNER LINING IS BEGINNING TO SHOW SOME SMALL FRAYS, DOES NOT AFFECT THE WEARABILITY.
