When powered on, the power light comes on (there is no cover over the light).

When measuring the various outputs, the AC output appears to work.  The Constand DC output appears to work.  The variable DC output however does not appear to work and only registers at maximum voltage output or off.  The Wave Switch (Half/full) does nto appear to have an effect on the output.  We strongly suspect that the rheostat is non-functioning.

This controller does not have a plug fitted.
