A 1940's Wooden Teaching Clock and Abacus (Combined)

It is stamped "FOREIGN" to base and I believe it to be French,

the reason being that my elderly French neighbour remembers

seeing a similar item from her childhood in Paris

It stands 21.2 cms tall

It is quite a rare item and cannot be found anywhere else on Ebay.
