Details: White pointed eyelet collar and white eyelet long sleeves with solid blue bodice. Long blue/white check attached maxi skirt.  Rickrack trim around eyelet collar area and where bodice meets skirt. Long back zipper with hook eye closure at top. See photos. 

Size: No size tag but would think a Small. Please see measurements. Also the hem was taken out and it was re-hemmed so, as it is now, it is definitely for a tall person. Sweep is 67".  Please see measurements and compare to a well fitting garment of your own with flat lay measurements. 

Fabric & Care: Polyester. Tag states to dry clean but it has been washed delicate, cold water and hung to dry with no issues. 

Era: Late 60's/ 70's.
