BLACK SILK VELVET RIBBON TRIMS EITHER SIDE OF THE FRONT LACE PANEL WITH A SAILOR STYLE VELVET COLLAR IN THE REAR.
CONDITION: THE SAILOR COLLAR IS SPLIT AND I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE. THERE IS A SERIES OF SMALL HOLES AS PICTURED ON THE MIDDLE RIGHT SIDE WITH TWO PINHEAD HOLES JUST ABOVE THE SHOULDER SEAM ON THE RIGHT SIDE.
