THE SKIRTING IS IN A PEPLUM WITH BOTTOM SKIRTING OPENING INTO VOLUME. SNAP CLOSURE AT THE SIDE.
CONDITION: EACH UNDERARM HAS SEEN A SMALL MEND OF A REINFORCED REPAIR AND I PERSONALLY WOULD CONSIDER WIDEN THE ARM HOLES TO FULLY RESOLVE AND REMOVE. TARNISH SEEN TO THE TOP AT THE SHOULDER STRAPS WITH SOME SMALL WEAR TO THE THREADS ON THE TOP SHOULDERS, SMALL WEAR TO THE THREADS ON THE CENTER FRONT. SOME SMALL TARNISH IS SEEN TO THE PEPLUM ON THE BOTTOM FRONT FLORALS. THE TARNISH AND THREADWEAR ARE NOTICED WHEN WORN OR DISPLAYED.
