1863 T-60 $5 The Confederate States of America note.

This note features a Vignette of the state capitol of Virginia in Richmond above the title. On the lower right is a portrait of C.G. Memminger who served as Secretary of the Treasury for most of the War. These notes were printed on white paper with an ornate blue reverse. 

This note is PMG Graded Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality).
