Bach Stradivarius Model 19043 Gold Plated.

Purchased new in April 2020.

There is a very small vertical scratch on the leadpipe and also had a dent removed on the bell near where it comes near the valve buttons. Shown in the picture of leadpipe.

Plating is quite good but there’s a lot of areas tarnish spots having set in the case since December. Perhaps TarnX will clean this up further.

When I was playing on this everyday, I kept it on a schedule of cleaning it every 30-45 days. You can see most of that proof by looking at the valves themselves.

Important Note: The buy it now price reflects the potential that there maybe red rot at the leadpipe. I see some bubbling on that pipe on the so I want the buyer to have room in the price here to purchase a new pipe if they determine for certain and would like it replaced and gold plated. But as it is, it absolutely plays incredible. There were some minor dings that were removed but otherwise is gorgeous.

This plays superbly well, great intonation and of course the sound. This was tweaked at the factory in 2022 and also had a Bob Reeves valve alignment done. You won’t be disappointed in how it plays.
