The console was fully disassembled.  The open and power buttons were removed for cleaning and adjustment to avoid any sticking.  Works perfectly.

The controller was disassembled and cleaned.  It has some discoloration.  It was fully tested with pad tester and has zero drift or button issues.

The hdmi convertor will work on any TV.
