PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Up for sale is a Boba Fett ROTJ Costume that I put together. Not a branded or professional costume.

Some of the pieces were purchased by talented Etsy sellers and some were made or modified by me.

This is a complicated piece of cosplay and may require some ingenuity and/or adjustments in order to make it work for its next owner. So if you are expecting perfect fit out the box this isn’t for you. Also hard to get the whole thing on by yourself.

See pics for all that is included. Please note that a jetpack is not included. Please ask any questions before purchasing. Normally I would have no problem offering returns on an item but because of the extensive shipping costs of this I will not be accepting returns.

Helmet: This piece was purchased off Etsy. Great quality. I can’t remember if it is fiberglass or resin or what. I did the paint job myself and glued in the visor. Has a little bit of padding inside.

Jumpsuit and soft parts: This too was purchased off Etsy. Also great quality. Although the seller got measurements from me, the jumpsuit has always been a little small. Hard to get on and off, but once inside it isn’t bad. Tight in the crotch for me and hard to sit down. Sleeves and legs are great length for me. I wear XL shirts. 33 or 34 in waist. I’m 5’11” so if you are taller than that it isn’t for you. The distressing on the fabrics is just some paint I put on there.

Armor: I made these pieces from plastic (pvc) sheets that were heat formed and then painted. I used templates from online. They are attached onto the fabric with Industrial strength velcro but even then has to be replaced from time to time. Ideally half of the velcro would be sewn into the jumpsuit but I don’t sew and wasn’t going to mess up the suit I just purchased.

Cape: This is half of an torn army tent. Has a magnet that attaches to Shoulder armor.

Gauntlets: I made these also, from same kind of plastic sheets. Some parts are 3D printed. They have hinges and use magnets to keep closed but the magnets aren’t really strong enough to keep shut (so I used a discrete piece of tape on the inside of my arms to keep them closed when wearing). Originally had some tubing that came off right arm connecting to the wood dowels. I no longer have that but would be easy to replace if you wanted it. Because of the complexity of these they turned out a little rougher than the rest of the armor. And to be honest there was a point I got tired of working on the costume and just wanted it done.

Belts: The girth belt is a real one. I dyed it red and added elastic. The ammo belt is made of wood blocks covered with fake leather.

Boots. Size Mens US 11. Hot glued on some stripes and gave a real weathered look with paint.

Gun: I frankensteined this thing together from wood, plastic, metal and a cheap scope.

Other accessories: trophy braids, shoe covers, neck cover and gloves.

If you need additional pics or measurements for the jumpsuit, let me know. I want you to be pleased with the purchase so if you have any questions please ask.
