Condition: very good shape, most tarnish removed but some still can be polished or removed off. 

Based on all research this seems to be sterling silver, but it is not marked due to aesthetic choice from Waterford. 

All pens will be shipped with care with bubble wrap or envelope, void fill and floating in a box.
