I purchased this truck in Dec. 2021 from a Cadillac dealer in Florida with 24211 miles at that time. Since then it has lived (covered) in a humidity controled garage and I have added 2489 miles. Reciepts indicate 4 oil and filter changes since I purchased it. I have never had a problem or issue with the truck.

A Beltech Performance Handling Kit #1001HK including Height Adjustable Front Coilovers for a -1.0" to -3.0" lowering in front and 4.5" in the rear was professionally installed in March 2022. A sway bar was also added to the rear axle. The entire kit was professionaly installed. The total cost was over $2500 (including the kit). A 4-wheel alignment was done after installation and again when the new wheels and tires were mounted in Jan. 2023. Cost of wheels and tires was over $3000. Records indicate tires have less than 1200 miles on them at this time. This modification greatly improved the handling and ride of the truck. Headlights have been re-aimed to commpensate for the lower stance.

The Wheels are remanufactured OEM Ford wheels that were available on 2021 STX model F-150
All 4 Tires are Cooper SUV / LT Discoverer AT3 4s 255/65 R18's w/ less than 1200 Mi. They look a bit aggressive but give a smooth and quiet ride.

The seats have been reupolstered in high quality light gray vinyl. I did not know until recently that they were not OEM coverings. I assume the "Dark Earth Gray" cloth seats that came from the factory were too hot for the previous Florida owner.

The only modification to the drivetrain of this truck is the addition of the Roush Air Intake which is 50 STATE LEGAL according to Roush Performance. Roush also states that it does not affect the vehicle warranty, if any.
NO TUNNING HAS BEEN DONE TO THIS TRUCK. The ECM in this truck has only been accessed for emissions testing which is done annuallly here in North Carolina. I have uploaded NC State emissions testing results if anyone is concerned.

On the subject of payment, I prefer a wire transfer. If you prefer an escrow company I like Key Savvy. They're not only cheaper, they can issue you a temp permit so you can drive the truck until you can get to the DMV. I'm sorry but I can not accept a check of any kind. Your bank can wire transfer or you can find Key Savvy here: Https://www.keysavvy.com. The North Carolina Title is clear and in hand.

If you have any questions about the truck or want an inspection or would like more photos, please contact me through Ebay.
Thank you so much, and enjoy the auction!

P.S. Truck comes w/ 2 key fobs, owners manual, spare tire and CoverCraft custom fit cover as seen in photo.
