Vintage 1960s Uneeda Wendy? Fashion Doll Head on Barbie TNT Japan Body Dressed

This appears to be a "frankendolly" with a Uneeda head (U on back of neck) on a Barbie Japan TNT body.  She's dressed in what appears to be a handmade dress adorned with pearl detail and matching shorts/panties and matching handmade purse. She was found in a vintage Barbie case with a bunch of 1960s dolls and clothing.

Very good vintage played with condition.  Some small light spots on her legs and one on her left jawline.   Some of her hair at the first row appears to be broken off.  No green ear, splits or odors.  Waist twist and turns fine, tight limbs, both knees click in all 3 positions.  She has all her fingers and toes with no chew marks.  Not mint, being sold as is, as found
