Perfect condition. No chips or damage of any kind. Extremely rare Glossy Burmese lamp shade. Glows so bright under blacklight it's hard to get pictures. The camera does not do it justice. This little shade is amazing. It's so delicate. I have no idea who the maker was. I've been told Fenton or possibly Mt. Washington.
