This is a Tennessee Vols signed football from the coaching staff during Phil Fulmer’s regime. Not exactly sure what year it is but the signatures I recognize are Fulmer, Sanders, Cutcliffe, Brown, Marshall, etc

The football will not inflate any more than you see and it is a youth size football and measures at 10” across.
