Vintage 1990's Vogue's Basic Design pattern includes a dropped shoulder button front shirt dress with variations in sizes 12-16. 

Some of the pattern pieces are neatly cut to their size 16 grading, they are complete with instructions and in very good condition.  The pattern envelope has some yellowing, tears and wear from storage.
