The nickel plating is beautiful and the body of the flute has no dents or dings.  There are two pinpoint "pock" marks in the plating just underneath the barrel (photo #8), and some small areas of scuffs/plating wear on the front of some of the key cups while I have also tried to show in photos 9, 10, and 11.  There is a tiny area of wear on top of the D# key (photo 7).  All of these are minor and purely cosmetic, but this is not a new flute so there are signs of wear.  

Comes in a newer French style faux leather case that is in excellent condition. Both latches close securely.

If you've got your own headjoint, this would be a fantastic little flute for an aspiring student or an adult amateur.
