This listing is for one used Dell Latitude E5510 laptop with battery, power adapter and docking station. It comes with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, including the latest updates (as of 5/25/2024). It is being sold as-is, no returns, for parts/repair due to reasons noted below.

Key features include:

The docking station includes the following ports: 2 DVI, 2 Display Port, 1 VGA, 5 USB, 1 RJ-45 Ethernet, 1 Serial, 1 Parallel, 1 PS/2 Keyboard, 1 PS/2 Mouse, 1 Audio Out, 1 Audio In, 1 eSata.

Note that:

  1. We tested the USB ports, wireless functionality, and the Ethernet port. We could not test any other ports, thus we cannot guarantee these function properly. For the docking station, we could only test the USB and Ethernet ports, and cannot guarantee the remaining ports function properly.
  2. As a quick battery test, we charged the battery to 100%, disconnected the AC adapter, then played a video from the Internet for two minutes - Windows indicated the laptop could run for 1 hour and 44 minutes. However, we cannot guarantee how long the laptop will run off the battery, as it depends on laptop use. In the Dell BIOS (accessible on boot-up), the battery condition level is 'moderate' out of these possible levels: Excellent (new), Normal (charges to around 90% or more), Moderate (charges to around 80%), Poor (charges, but only to around 50%), and "Battery needs to be replaced" (will not charge).
  3. As shown in some of the pictures, there are a few small spots on the screen that show up a little brighter than surrounding area, most noticeable when the screen is white.
  4. The casing has scratches and scuffs as shown in the pictures. A piece of plastic at the lid's right corner broke off; this is just a covering and does not affect the metal hinge's ability to open/closed the lid.
  5. The lid open/closed detection is not working. If the laptop is running and the lid is closed, the screen remains on and the laptop doesn't automatically hibernate/sleep. Usually the screen will go off when closing a laptop's lid, however the screen stays on unless the laptop is powered off, or set to hibernate/sleep after an idle period.
  6. The laptop is out of the manufacturer's warranty, and due to the above reasons, the laptop is being sold as-is, for parts/repair, with no returns accepted.
