This is an early P.S. Olt Keyhole Duck Call made in Pekin IL. . Its black color and made of Hard Rubber material. Stanped on the insert (REG. TRADE MARK No. 348205. And on the barrel PS OLT PEKIN ILLS. At some point in time, someone drilled a hole in the insert to change the volume. The call is in good working order. Nice one to cut down or add to your collection.
