We have two surplus copper Sloan Ring sputtering targets. The dimensions are 3 1/8" OD x 0.930" tall with an 1/8" wall. This price is per ring.
The two that are left are brand new and sealed, the two used rings have sold.
These were not manufactured by us, therefore a certificate of analysis will not be included.
We also have several other shapes and sizes available in stock i.e. discs 2"x1/8" 3" x 0.25", etc. All targets are shipped degreased and vacuum sealed.
