Overview - Made from lightweight but hardwearing plastic, this compact and easy to use battery tester is ideal for anyone who needs to determine the remaining charge in batteries of a variety of sizes, as it features a sliding pole design (as seen in the picture). You will now not need to use crocodile clips or specifically-sized slots.

There is also a pair of 9v contacts on the side of the unit (cannot be seen in the picture), to allow the testing of “square” PP3 batteries.

Features - The tester requires no power source or batteries of its own to operate, drawing power from the batteries you are testing. This has two benefits; firstly, that it will always be ready to use at a moment’s notice; secondly, that it measures the power while the battery is under load, giving a more accurate representation of how the battery will perform when part of a functioning circuit.
